Red Fish, Yellow Fish (Little Learners Grab) (Board book)

The littlest learners will love to play with these chunky pages while they learn their first colors.

Our toddler Brie knows her colors so it was fun to get a book like Red Fish, Yellow Fish geared towards her age group that talked about the different colors of the illustrated animals and have her point them out to me.  While I read this book, I would make long dramatic pauses to ask her if she knew the color of a certain animal on the page, like a dolphin.  Brie, happy to be involved in ‘reading’ our story, was excited to correctly point out all the colors that she has learned to recognize. Love.

I love the Parragon board books that are innovative, shaped pages with an easy-to-grab handle that is great for little hands.  Brie enjoys turning the pages and is never shy to ask to ‘read the book again, mom’….followed by a ‘please!!!!!’   The words are sparse and to the point while the cute and colorful illustrations inspire kids to learn faster than ever.  We can’t wait for our next book buddies book from Parragon that allows us to bring Brie’s classroom learning into the home quite seamlessly!
