No pajamas at the park. No toys in the toaster. Harry’s parents say no to everything! That is, until Harry learns about hypnosis.
What would happen if parents always told this child ‘YES’! Harry was convinced that if he were allowed to have comic books by the crate, night vision goggles or his teddy bear, and even a pet MONKEY – his life would be awesome. Of course, Harry’s parents are used to his interesting requests that always result in a no, no, no! So Harry takes matters into his own hands and learns the power of hypnosis and put his parents into a trance and envisions a future full of yes’s and a whole lot of fun.
Hypnosis Harry is a wildly funny, sweetly silly look at the real meaning of the word no. While at first, Harry loves his new freedom and being able to get all his special requests – including unlimited bacon! That is until his robots start going rogue and his playmates don’t want to play with him any longer. Even worse, his newfound ninja moves cause a playground pile-up! UH OH! Maybe Harry really doesn’t want every one of his wishes granted after all! Our kiddos loved Harry’s journey to finding out that even if you could do anything that you wanted, you may not always like the result. It’s a funny and clever book into the fantasy world where one child rules and then, realizes he may need his parents to say ‘no’ to his every whim after all!
