Q & A a Day for Kids: A Three-Year Journal (Ages 4-10)

A Three Year Journal with Your Kids!

Of course I think Brooke is one of the smartest, funniest and fun-loving children in the world.  I hope all parents feel that way about their kids.  In fact, I’ve been documenting her first words and now her thoughts *gasp* since she started speaking.  She is quite a little talker but she has her parents to thank.  When she started saying that the canned cat food she has been feeding our cats their ‘stew’, Bob and I laughed until we cried.  When she has her stuffed animals talk to her and tell her she is the best mommy and thank her when she plays, we find it quite endearing.  We love asking her opinion on things and getting some great answers.  “Brooke, what is Bear playing on his ‘computer’ (actually a blob of stickers she put together)?”  She looked at me like I was insane and promptly said, “He is playing his shapes game, of course.”  Of course.  I should have known!  I was so thrilled to find this amazing three year journal that offers a QUESTION A DAY (so yes, lots of commitment, but so worth it) to ask your kids for you to record.  You get a chance at an insight into your child’s mind and you both get great bonding time.  This is a fantastic keepsake and will be a great gift to your child when they are older.  They can see how their questions evolved with time and probably get a lot of laughs from great answers when they were little.
