While my blog has a intention of utilizing an all-encompassing subjects for parents with a variety of topics, I’ve discovered that the littleBits kits are a awesome way for us to target my theme of Let’s Play and Learn areas while littleBits provide awesome children’s technology for today today, so that tomorrow they our a powerful force to in the world’s technology.
Tomorrow’s leaders are today’s kids, so we’re working to empower kids everywhere — regardless of gender, race, nationality, and ability — to solve the epic challenges ahead. We’re building a future where chief changemakers and problem-solvers are not limited to elite experts. LittleBits has just realized three new STEAM kits that empower kids to change the world through invention; Base Inventor Kit, Electronic Music Inventor Kit, and Space Rover Inventor Kit. Can you guess which one our family wanted to try? ………
Creative kids build and customize a rockin’ synth guitar using littleBits electronic building blocks, then transform it into new electronic instruments of their own!
littleBits just came out with three new initiatives for their
#STEAM kits, and my favorite is the Electronic Music Inventor Kit.
Creative kids build and customize a rockin’ synth guitar using littleBits electronic building blocks, then transform it into new electronic instruments of their own! There are over 12 activities in the free Inventor App guide for kids to build musical inventions, like an electric keytar or hands-free air drums, drawing inspiration from real-world musical inventors. WOW!
P.S. The littleBits Synth Kit has instructions on how to mount the kit (that will be down the road), such as a keytar. You are welcome, music geeks! Check it out! Here is a very quick video of the Synth Kit in action.
