The game comes with 5 mouth guard pieces and a deck of cards. Each card is labeled with different things you need to do. The cards give you points or they take away points depending on which one you pick up. You’re supposed to have your mouthguard in your mouth in order to accomplish the task. Hearing and guessing what the person has to say is is the funniest thing. When you’re in a group with people and you start doing this, you will be laughing so much! This is for adults who don’t mind looking silly and having a blast!
