Sudsy Dough (Stocking Stuffer)

Sudsy Dough

Moldable Bath Soap!

Brooke is in a ‘love taking baths’ phase that is really awesome.  She would probably play in the tub for hours if she didn’t turn into a prune.  I really prefer this over the ‘I hate baths’ phase so I’m enjoying it and it was really fun for her to try Sudsy Dough.

Sudsy Dough™ is a new interactive bath toy that doubles as a moldable scented dough and a cleansing soap.  We  tried the Merry Mango scent and it is very pleasing and really easy to squish.  I didn’t mention to Brooke that she would find a little surprise inside the soap, so when she brought out a little blue toy duck later to say what ‘treasure’ she found, it was exciting for her.  She even took a little play spoon in the bath with her one night to make ‘ice cream’ balls and I could hear her playing all the way to our kitchen.

This is a great sensory soap especially if you have reluctant bath takers and kids can squeeze and squish Sudsy Dough in the bath while also using it as a cleanser.  It is made with Shea butter and coconut oil, so it doesn’t suds up as much as many soaps while still giving your child a cleansing body wash that also moisturizes.  If you leave your creations out in the air it will harden and dry into mini bars of scented soap, which Brooke likes to do.  I think I have a line of little creations around our tub as I type.  The dough comes in 12 oz containers which has actually lasted a lot longer than I had anticipated.  Sudsy Dough comes in several different colors and fragrances and is paraben-free, phthalate-free, and sulfate-free.  Each Sudsy Dough ball also has a surprise bath toy hidden inside for even more fun!
