Makeup by Mer is more than just a line of natural lip care products; it is a dream come true of a very talented artist in the fashion industry.  Mercedes “Mer” is an impressive make-up artist that has done work for several networks like, Oxygen, Own, Travel, VH-1, TLC, Univision, HGTV and more. She was also the lead makeup artist for many television shows such as TLC’s Airport 24/7: MIA, Oxygen’s Find Me My Man, and HGTV’s Urban Oasis with John Giddings which are credited on IMDB.  She had done national commercials and campaign ads for companies like Nike, Vonage, Blue Bunny, and Comcast.  Her recent works also include: music videos, magazine covers, billboards, fashion shows and more. She shows her appreciation for her success and the community by volunteering with local charities and mentoring programs.

Her line of natural lip scrubs are all handmade, made with only natural and organic magazines and never include preservatives or artificial coloring. The lip scrubs eliminate dry flaky skin on the lips and keeps them extra moisturized.  Besides healing and soothing, it is the large variety of natural flavors to choose from that are just so YUMMY.  In fact, her holiday flavors of lip scrubs were so popular last year that they were featured in several magazines like OK!, Seventeen, Juicy, The Nationalist and many well-known online blogs.  My FAVORITE?  Her wonderful Pumpkin and Cinnamon lip scrubs.  If anything screams the holiday season, it is the smells of pumpkin and cinnamon and to have it at the touch of your lips is just divine.  These lip scrubs make the perfect stocking stuffer and don’t forget to include a few in your own.  I’m sure Santa wouldn’t mind.
