Boogie Wipes Saline Spray (0+)
Made with a Natural Ingredient Scented Schnozzle!
I never quite seem to know if I am getting the sniffles, a cold or having allergy issues here in Austin. It’s getting that time of year and my older daughter is prone to allergies so we have an arsenal of natural products (and thank you humidifier) that we use and stock up on to get through these months. Boogie saline wipes has always been on our list of things we use (I have actually reviewed them in a much earlier post) and now with our older daughter actually blowing her nose half the time, we still use them just because she likes them! However, since we also have a much younger daughter (like weeks old) we have been using a saline spray from a different company. It does the trick and it has been working with her sniffles, but if you don’t know there are better products out there, you don’t know, right? Well, because I am on alert for new kid’s products, I learned about the new Boogie Wipes Saline Spray and immediately said, ‘yes!’ I want to get that!
Boogie Wipes Saline Spray is just like any other saline spray with one big exception; it smells. Yes! This gentle saline mist contains the same smells that we have come to know and love from Boogie Wipes: grape, fresh and natural. As with all saline sprays, it is an excellent non-medicated way to clear your child’s nasal passages and is gentle enough for all ages. What has always set Boogie wipes apart for our family is the naturally scented sprays (our older daughter is a grape fan) and it actually impressed me that our younger daughter, who is still a newborn, seemed to not mind the grape spray as much as our usual one. We know babies are sensitive to smells (they can sniff out momma in a second!), but it is really hard to gauge just how affected they are by them. If something seems to help our baby and she will come to use the Boogie Wipes products for many more years, I think it is a great way to get her used to the apparently lovely family nasal drip condition. I was also happy to find it for a great price through Diapers.com which is comparable price to the (non-scented schnozzle) saline spray that had been working for us.
