Building Confidence in Our Children
Do you ever gravitate to certain people because they make you feel good about yourself? Well, I look forward to local Austinite and momma, Karen Cutler’s, awesome daily Facebook updates because they are so positive. Her daily messages like ‘Be Proud’ or ‘Be Courageous’ are a nice addition to my day. Karen has a simple message: build confidence in our children. This is something I am striving to do in my children and a lot of it has to do with empowering them to be themselves and feel good about who they are. I love my kids and I want them to love themselves and you can do that by being true to who you are. That is not always an easy thing for children, or even adults, to do and it is wonderful to surround yourself with things that are good for you. Karen’s tees are a great way to be a billboard for positivity and inspiration! I am a huge fan of her ‘Be a Reader’ since that is what I love and there are so many other wonderful designs that will fit your little ones strengths, personalities and even ones that just offer encouragement. Be You Be True!
