My daughter LOVES this book so I had to post a review!  This book centers around the main crew man – errr umm- dog, Duke, who leads a construction crew of dogs to build a new park.  These dogs are hard workers!  They get up early, dig, push, plow and even use a huge crane.  My daughter, the cat lover, was happy to discover the team’s mascot, a black cat named Jinx.  In fact, her favorite part of the book was discovering Jinx on all the pages.  “Look, mom, there’s Jinx, see!”  It is super cute when they find an interesting artifact underground and instead of doing what dogs normally would do with it, Duke and crew put it on perfect display for their special park.  So cute!
