What Will School Be Like This Year?

The summer months seem to fly by for kids and now a new school year is right around the corner.  I’m dedicating the next few days to some great back to school books to help your kids in their transition from home back to school!  A new school year can be fun and exciting but also scary for some children who have new school jitters.  This story is in the perspective of a little boy named Nicholas (from the Mrs. Madoff series) who is getting ready for his first day of school.  Will his friend Charlie be in his class?  Will he like his new teacher?  Will he make new friends?  Nicholas’s parents do an excellent job at reassuring him and getting him excited for school.  He gets a new haircut, school supplies and even some new outfits and a pair of shoes.  By the time his first day rolls around, Nicholas is ready!  He even finds out Charlie is in his class again this year!
