Product Review: Jacquard Tie Dye Kit in Large (Family Fun!)
Super Way to Get Started with Tie Dyeing!
It may not surprise you that my mom and I were very active at our local library when I was growing up and we always ran a ‘booth’ at the library Kid’s Events. I’ve run sawdust art booths, a string art booth and always had fun when they did the tie dye booths. All you needed was your own t-shirt and you could completely transform it into something really unique and colorful. We even did socks to match one year. I wanted to re-create that fun family time at home and now I am thinking of doing a tie dying event as a Fun Friends and Family Activity Day at our place. The Jacquard Tie Dye Kit in Large comes with everything but the t-shirts in doing your own dye dying booth and will dye between 10-15 shirts. And, really, you can dye any non-synthetic fiber, so think about the possibilities (onesies, dog t-shirts, that favorite stuffed animal’s outfit….). I can’t promise anything, but pre-teens and even teens usually like to do this fun event, too!

- Pre-measured Procion MX Dyes (1 each in: Red, Blue and Yellow)
- 4 squirt (mixing) bottles
- 1/3 lb Soda Ash dye fixer
- Rubber gloves
- Bunch of rubber bands
