The Huggalo keepsake dolls with a window pocket for a picture was created by a mom, Donna Broder, to help her young child transition to pre-school. The idea that you can help your little one get through difficult periods of missing a loved one through a sweet huggable doll makes sense to me. It was the Brave Little Trooper Huggalo Dolls for children of active duty military parents that really struck a chord with me and made me want to learn more.
Camo Flo and Camo Joe are part of the Brave Little Trooper series by Huggalo Dolls specifically designed for children of active duty military to help young ones through parental deployment. The dolls are a nice large size perfect as a child’s playmate as well as having a soft photo frame in its belly to act as a transitional object to help children feel close to loved ones who are not around. Huggalo Dolls will donate 20% of the proceeds to The Soldier’s Project for every Brave Little Trooper purchased. Thank you so much for your comment! I completely agree they are perfect to include in the Operation Gratitude care packages. They are a really nice large size and the pictures can be updated in the little picture window very easily which is really nice for kids of deploying military. Wonderful idea!
