Momma Brings Home the Bacon
Momma’s Bacon Mission: Empower Families to Make Good Choices.
Momma’s Bacon Promise: Momma’s Bacon products are picked for review through my own research that support my mission. I do not get paid for reviews. I do not participate in Click Link programs. Review products can be purchased, sometimes through a discount or product review programs, or samples. Products are used and tested from a parent’s perspective. Opinions given are 100% my own.

Thanks for following my blog – I just toured around your blog and really appreciate your reviews – after all what better person to turn to for advice on a product than a mom! Looking forward to more blogs..
Thank you so much for your lovely comment and having a blog focused on a family’s simple pleasures philosophy. I love your Seuss blog quote, which I am going to post here:
“Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter don’t mind.” – Dr. Seuss
I’m so glad you were able to find something good out of my blog – I love quotes and like many, but that is my all time favourite – I have the quote framed and hanging on my children’s door – I always remind them – be who you are!
I am really enjoying your reviews. I nominated you for the Sunshine Award 🙂 Here is the link: http://letitbelovely.com/2012/02/15/sunshine-award/
Thanks so much! I really appreciate the nomination for the Sunshine Award. Fantastic! I have been keeping you with your blog, too. I love hearing all the great stuff about Pinterest. I wish I was that handy!
Hey, thanks for dropping by my blog and following! It’s always great to see new readers. Of course, I immediately had to cyberstalk to see what you’re up to. 🙂 Can’t wait to start digging through more of your blog. I’ve got a toddler myself, so it will be nice to check out the reviews. Keep writing!
Lovely! Thanks for the drop by and do hope you return. We have the similar problem of book hoarding and seeking out new things to read! I imagine our toddlers will turn into bookworms through osmosis.
Thanks you for reviewing BookBox stories.
We really appreciate your efforts in reviewing products that facilitate the best learning and development environment for kids. It’s a great help for parents too!
When it comes to kids’ products, an opinion from a mom is invaluable. Hence, we would greatly appreciate it if you can review more of our kids’ products (iPhone app, android app, books, DVD etc) when we bring them out in the future. Please let us know. And, keep up your good work!
Thank you so much for your reply, Ajit. If new BookBox products fit in with my mission to help facilitate and empower children, then I am definitely interested to review upcoming BookBox products. The scope that BookBox reaches as a literacy tool, esp in countries like India, is amazing and I would love to be part of the effort.
Keep in touch and keep up the good work on your end!
Thanks for connecting with me via Twitter; I’m psyched to read more of your product reviews!
Thanks so much for your reply, Mandi! I am so glad you are following my reviews. You have an adorable family and blog.
Thank you for reviewing my book, “The Turtle Who Imagined.” My picture books provide entertaining stories with meaningful messages. See more books at http://www.luv-beams.com.
Love the site and we’re now following you. It’s nice to see people who offer sincere reviews instead of just trying to make a buck. Keep up the good work guys.
Thank you for that comment. If you can believe it, I actually pay to not have ads on my site! I appreciate the follow!
Lovely and very useful blog!

Thank you so much for your sweet comment. Your words are appreciated. Following Back!
I don’t have a kid, but this is just too cute of a site. I love the layout and thought train this provides. It’s all about eye candy these days. Thank you for commenting/entering on my blog. Enjoyed browsing!
Just found you web site from Pinterest. Very interested to see the products that you’ve reviewed. Looking forward to more in the future.
Thanks for checking out the site! We love My Cold Cup!
Thanks for the follow! I am starting a series on my blog for book reviews on books that come through the house for my twins (currently toddlers) and was looking at your site for examples of how other people write reviews. Love what I see here!
Awesome, Erin! Thanks for the comment and I’ll check out your book reviews. 🙂
I found your blog on Top Mommy Blogs, and I love it (even though I’m a dad 🙂 It’s full of practical advice and really helpful ideas!
I recently wrote a parenting book myself and I’d love your expert thoughts on it. The eBook is free on Amazon from 11/24 to 11/28 by searching “How to Raise Great Kids – 101 Fun & Easy Ideas” or I’d be happy to send you a free paperback copy if you prefer that to eBook as well.
I admire your work so much, and I hope you’ll appreciate mine someday soon, too. Thanks and keep up all your outstanding work!
Happy Turkey Day!!!
Thanks for your comment, Jim! As you probably read, my husband was a SAHD for four years. He is an awesome dad to our girls. Dad’s rock! Happy Turkey Day to you and yours!
Thanks for the review you wrote for The Empowered Teacher; your thoughts, as an active and involved mom, mean a lot! Parents like you, and teachers, are exactly who I want to reach!
Thanks for all you do!!
And you might want to check out this video! It was also so important to me that EVERY child know they are not alone. I used to give these to students, teacher, AND parents! They totally changed the culture of the school.
Let me know what you think! Thanks again!
Hi! Thanks a lot for the follow!
Great blog here! 🙂
