I get really bad tension headaches. I also get migraines from time to time and it feels like someone is trying to nail a hammer into my brain. I do aromatherapy, pressure point massages and I finally heard that scalp massagers could help. I was skeptical, but needed some relief.
The custom fit fingers of this whisk-like looking tool will bend to fit your head. You gently raise and lower the Scalp Massager for a relaxing head massage. The tips are smooth so they easily glide across the surface of your scalp. It instantly gives you a wonderful calming effect and it is very comfortable to use on your scalp due to the rounded tips. While I have not had a chance to use it for a migraine, I have used it for a tension headache and it helped me relax and relieved the pressure. I’m not looking forward to when I get another migraine, but I know that I’ll be reaching for the Body Back Scalp Massager when it happens! Oh, you can also use this tool on your knee joints, elbows and ankles, but I think I will stick to the scalp. My oldest daughter is already a fan, so now I think I know why they sell them in packs of three! Keep one locked up before yours gets ‘lost’, too! Ha! LOVE.
