The Gluten Free Food Allergy Fest 2016 is coming to Austin in April (which marks the second year the #GFFAFEST has been held in A-town) and you don’t want to miss out. Whether you’re thinking about going gluten free or you’re a gluten free pro looking for new products and ideas, the Gluten Free Food Allergy Fest has a little something for everyone. There will be over 75 exhibitors (For a complete list of exhibitors, click here.), you’re sure to find tons of tasty food to sample that satisfy any appetite. The #GFFAFEST offers consumers the ability to sample tons of gluten free products prior to purchasing in your local shops as well as demo stage presentations that help you learn to cook gluten free and lectures from gluten free veterans that offer educational value. With just the price of admission you also get into any of the seminars and cooking demonstrations going on all day! Awesome.
An Overview of the #GFFAFEST:
With a mission to better the lives of those in the national gluten-free community, the Gluten-Free Food Allergy Fest is excited to help benefit those who live with food related allergies, Celiac Disease and gluten intolerances.
GFFAFest attendees come in droves to sample foods from hundreds of national as well as local vendors and be educated on the latest and greatest products in the gluten-free world. The list of prominent lecturers and food demo presenters will be sure to touch on topics that greatly affect those that live with food restrictions and offer solutions to daily struggles. Cutting-edge news on medical research, nutrition and product labeling are just some of the material our gluten-free connoisseurs will cover throughout the course of the Fest. Renowned authors and bloggers in the gluten-free arena also spend the weekend to share their personal journeys and connect with attendees.

Presentations:
There are many presentations and demonstrations to attend for FREE with just the cost of general admission. There is a great line-up of presenters all day Saturday and Sunday such as Dr. Lawrence Hoberman’s presentation to find out how probiotics can help ease symptoms and heal ‘the leaky gut’ due to Celiac disease and Gluten sensitivity. You can also listen to Lisa Musician as she explains how to avoid nutritional deficiencies on a gluten-free diet. You can even get awesome advice on how to bake successfully without gluten from Karen Morgan as she debunks some of the myths that surround gluten-free flour.
