Homeopathy is probably the most controversial of alternative medical therapies, so I always like to do homeopathic remedy reviews with a caveat.  Product labels have not been evaluated by FDA and the products are meant to address energetic blockages that may have an impact on wellness and energetic balance, facilitating the body’s natural ability to bring itself to homeostasis, which may have an impact on health and well-being.  I like to turn to homeopathic remedies as a way to improve my well-being for myself, so this review is from my personal use and my own personal feelings about using alternative therapies.  As always, talk to your doctor before taking and read more on homeopathy to see if it is right for you.

So, it’s almost the beginning of the cold season.  I can already feel the changes in the HOT Austin air and this has meant, for me, a lot of issues with colds and stuffy heads.  Last year, when my girls started preschool, it was like a huge cloud of sickness was over our house for six months straight.  I am not even joking!  I don’t think a day went by when one of us was not sick.  Luckily, (knock on wood) we survived and our immune systems have seemed to improve from it and I am looking forward to a MILD cold and flu season.
