I have a particular disdain for restaurant high chairs. They are always sticky, the strap is usually broke and they never seem to keep Brie’s head at a good level for her to enjoy her meal with the rest of the family. She’s too little for a booster so I usually just grin and bear it and there have been times I’ve tied the strap around her waist so she wouldn’t try to escape and take a tumble. UGH.

Since we like to dine out (or TRY to) at least once a week, this product was used very quickly. I was surprised that the extra cushion pushed Brie up to a nice eye level to us at the table and she was well positioned in the ‘rickety’ restaurant high chair. No slipping, sliding or trying to escape the uncomfortable chair. Considering the price, this is a wonderful additional to our travel diaper bag and it’s so easy to clean. Now, if only I could get a traveling high chair strap for the restaurant outings, too, our meals may just be drama-free!
