Each bar starts with chia, hemp, and coconut for the plant-based protein, fibre & ALA Omegas that keep you satisfied and energised, plus crunchy protein-packed nuts and seeds with a hint of sea salt and a touch of natural sweetness. A crunchy nut blend of roasted cashews, almonds, peanuts, and nutty sunflower and pumpkin seeds for a truly super snack.

Made by Nature’s Path Foods, they consider themselves a fiercely independent, family-owned company. They are USDA Organic and Non0GMO Verified and want to keep it that way. I keep them on hand and in my purse for a little pick-me-up during the day. My favorite bar is their nuts and seeds and sea salt, but they have a large variety of these superfood bars to satisfy every palate. Yum!
