My oldest daughter has such a huge imagination. She often lives in her own fantasy world and has imaginary friends (complete with names and personalities) that she will play with when baby Brie is napping or doing baby stuff. Even though she has a ton of school friends and has an active social life, Brooke still loves to take her own time to use her imagination and it seems to take her to a lot of fun places.
Florabelle was a wonderful book for Brooke and I to devour since the main character is a little girl who loves to imagine. Sometimes she imagines a little too much and her family can get agitated. However, during a wonderful summer trip to the beach, Florabelle’s vivid dreaming comes in quite handy when she isn’t quite so sure about swimming in the waves with sea creatures! This is a great read for kids with big imaginations and a fun summer read about going to the beach.
