When you have a company that focuses on fine design and art work for children, there is one area where you can’t skimp – the illustrators! eeBoo has been a favorite children’s product company for me ever since I bought Brooke’s very first growth chart many moons ago. Their lovely art and eco-friendly designs keep me coming back and they now have a new illustrator, Monika Forsberg, who has created some fun new spring art and activity products for kids from eeBoo’s already impressive line.
First, the illustrator!
Monika Forsberg was born in Sweden and is now living in London and is the talented artist behind Walkyland. She is a mom, makes sweet animal art work and has a difficult time drawing dogs (but still loves to draw them!)

eeBoos watercolor pencils come in a charming tin with illustrations by Monica. Geared towards ages 5+, these pencils are made to color first then use a brush (not included) to brush over the design with water for a watercolor effect. These are a bold color set that can be layered and done in many different watercolor techniques. Fun!
