While I won’t go in to the difference between tea and tisane’s yet again -ha!- I will say that I really love Traditional Medicinals’ kid’s tea especially for bedtime.  This special ‘tea’ has chamomile and linden tree blossoms to help give a sense of calm to those who drink it.  Personally, I think drinking a hot drink before bed is relaxing in general, but to add organic herbs to it is especially useful.  Brooke loves how the herbs make her tea a nice pink color and it has become a nice ritual on those nights she needs to settle down before sleepy time.  This isn’t just for kids, so adults feel free to have a cup, too!  This mild and slightly sweet blend is just the ticket before bed.
