It’s not often you get more than what you purchase and just less money in your bank account. But, what if every purchase you made meant that a tree was planted? The Inkkas company began the OneShoeOneTree™ project that does just that. Already a fair trade show company inspired by shoes found in Cusco in Peru, the Inkkas company decided to make a difference yet again and do something about the growing danger of deforestation. And – it’s not just shoes (made for men, women and children) the Inkkas company sells! They also feature bags and adorable handmade bracelets from South America.
We LOVE the Marimba bracelet that is unique and colorful and quite durable. The bracelet is eye-catching and the clasp is so easy to use that my oldest daughter can take it on and off with no problem. The added bonus is that a tree is planted for every bracelet that is purchased.
