Nothing gets me as giddy as a book. I love the smells from old musty libraries and book stores and I also love the smell of a ‘new book’ with no bends or creases. They really should design a perfume in that scent! I’d be all over that.
My mom taught us to respect books; something sacred to re-read. She hates when people bend down page covers to mark pages and we were always told to treat books as valuable objects. It is something I’m passing on to my kiddos who are also book freaks.
