I had the MOST hilarious conversation with a friend about our first bras. They had itchy cotton on the inside and a terrible rose that you could see through your shirts and as an early bloomer (I started wearing an A cup in 4^th grade) it was embarrassing. We even thought of an awesome band name called ‘Cut the Rose’ because that was the very FIRST thing we did when we got those horrible monstrosities that itched and itched all day.

Now my daughter, Brooke, is almost starting kindergarten and she is FASCINATED by my bras and her body and all that fun stuff. We have gone through all the systems of the body; skeletal, muscle, etc….I don’t need to name them off to you! But, her fascination about becoming a woman made me wonder…..do they make any comfortable bras for girls who haven’t developed yet. You know, because they want to try them out. Guess what? Australia is ahead of the US game from my research and I found these ADORABLE ‘crop tops’ that serve as a wonderful ‘training bra’ for Brooke.

The material is super soft (made out of almost entirely bamboo – love) and Brooke feels so cool wearing them. Bonus! It’s not constricting like a real bra and has no straps, no inner itchy material and NO ROSE! Whoo whoo! Can I tell you how much she LOVES them? She feels super cool in her ‘crop top bra’. Ha. Oh yeah, sizes range from 2T to 11. Nice.
