As promised from yesterday, I have a great mini marshmallow for your cocoa/marshmallow lovers.  If you watch your sugar intake and love a nice treat in the winter season, I found an AWESOME one.  It just so happens to come from the cold and WINDY city of Chicago through a company called Chicago Vegan Foods.

Interestingly, these marshmallows are made with air puffed tapioca so you feel like you are not missing that traditional marshmallow texture and flavor.  We love the vanilla marshmallow minis that go perfectly with hot cocoa.  I haven’t tried making rice crispy treats, but I read a lot of reviews that rave about their taste in this popular treat.

The serving size is 28 grams and the bag contains 10 servings per the label.  I’m not sure about you, but that is a LARGE serving size for me.  I find one or two does the trick in one cup of cocoa and it is DELICIOUS. That seems to be the consensus from Bob and Brooke.  In fact, I think one bag can last us all winter!  Huzzah!
