Kids Lunches. Let’s talk about this for a minute since it seems like our country is at odds on this subject. When I was a kid, we ate whatever we wanted, hot lunch was all sorts of bad fats that we LOVED (ha ha – of course) and high frustose corn syrup was everywhere. Not so now!
