Ahhhh! Sounds wonderful, doesn’t it?! The great thing is, I really love this spray and so does my family. This particular blend takes essential oils from Jasmine, Rose and Sandalwood. Not my usual ‘go to sleep’ blend, and I wanted to try it. Did it help?
How did I get into Essential Oils for health purposes?
Great question, I tell myself, with a good answer. See, I great up in SE Ohio and the city I moved to at age 9 was BIG to me (1,400 people) but in that area there isn’t a lot of natural/herbal places to go! But, I had a connection! See, I started college at 15 and, since the state funded Educational Options program for Appalachia was new to the area as was the college not many high schoolers were in it at that time. From that program I made a friend who was MY AGE. Not only was she 16 and could DRIVE but, most importantly her mom was our city’s only massage therapist. AND I LEARNED!

Like a lot of people, I have a hard time ‘turning off my brain’ at night. It wants to keep thinking and I keep telling it to stop. HA! It started in childhood but went away through these natural remedies and now due to personal and health issues, it is back. Oh joy! But, I also have a very high energy child that has the same thing. I wanted something safe to use but okay to spray on or around her.
So, do we like Valentina’s Home-Brewed Products?
YES! I actually started learning about these products through a local grocery chain when I needed a great salt scrub soak. It was their True Love bath salts blend. It is awesome! So, checking out their Sweet Dream products made sense. I never thought of using a calming essential oil spray without Lavender, but it works. It smells yummy and relaxing! The Jasmine and Rose have a great floral scent while sandalwood is more of a musky scent. It is also an invigorating scent to get you going in the morning. Yes, we LOVED IT!
