The DVD actually includes translations for a wide variety of languages and not just English-Chinese:  German-Chinese, French-Chinese, Spanish-Chinese, Italian-Chinese, Japanese-Chinese and Korean-Chinese.  I love that the DVD is all about real life images and not cartoons for kids.  The videos describe events perfectly while sounding out the words on screen as well as in text.  This set comes with 10 Peek-a-Boo cards that help supplement learning through sight, sound and engagement.  It is a great way as a parent to engage in your child’s language education by enhancing you and your child’s involvement to play and learn together.  The cards have single word presentation with an accompanying picture with pronunciation in Chinese and English.  Each card also includes a sentence to encourage vocabulary, reasoning and sentence structure.
