I love my brother’s wife who was like a sister to me even before it became official, but she is quite a procrastinator. In fact, she will be the first to tell you she is behind on pretty much all holidays. What she may not know is that we love to get her belated gifts for the kiddos. She has great taste in toys and does an excellent job purchasing toys that are educational but also fun and whimsical. It is like a little yummy treat in the mail months after you would expect it! It is actually quite fun and Brooke just loves the gifts after Christmas. This year we got a bonus since Brie received Christmas gifts for the first time. Whoo hoo! I was really excited for Brie to get the Tobbles Neo Stacking Toy which is a pretty amazing toy for the wee ones (as my Grandma P. likes to say).
Tobbles Neo Stacking Toy is the perfect toy for children six months and up that helps to develop fine motor skills. These tactile toys, which looks like six little cups of broken eggs shells, are graspable and easily stackable up to 12″ tall for little hands. I love the bright brilliant colors and it has a kid-pleasing texture. While Brie is just in the stage of reaching for this at the moment, it is going to be a great way for her to learn how to make things balance, stack and topple! For now, I just have to keep her older sister from Bogart-ing it!
