My oldest daughter is at an age where I’m not comfortable with deciding on pierced ears but love that she can do pretend earrings. She has a pair of clip-on earrings that have been awesome, although I am always afraid she may lose one. I recently saw an ad for a product called bINK’d which is basically like a temporary tattoo for ears to look like earrings but they are made using FDA-approved vegetable based food dyes. I thought it was a great idea, fun for play dates and parents would love that it is safe to use.
The Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Gift pack by bINK’d is even better than I had anticipated for Brooke. The earrings are so easy to apply and you do not even need scissors. The earrings have what is called a ‘perforated strip layout’ so there is little waste with just a small application of water. In fact, the only set-up I had to do was help add water to the applicator and show Brooke how to use it once and she went to town! The applied earrings also last quite long on the ears, even up to a week. I read that you can apply the earrings on things like shoes and toys and there are even designs for boys. What a fun idea! This set is fantastic for a play date (24 earring set in total) and the product is made entirely in the USA. Two thumbs up!
