There is a lot of talk that goes on in public arenas that I used to think was taboo. Apparently, once you push a baby out your ‘hoo-ha’ the whole modesty thing gets thrown out the window. I am so on board with birth stories. They are interesting, personal, and darn it; women are fun to talk to about our labor and birth stories. Did you give birth naturally? How big was your child? Any complications and how did you handle it? Most pregnant mothers just ask nervously (I think I asked my friend, Steph, about five million questions before I gave birth the first time) and most veteran moms like to talk battle scars. You almost want to wear a sandwich board those first few months so your mouth doesn’t dry out.
