I thought the Chalboarder Alphabet wall decal was a great idea when I saw it. The Chalkboard Alphabet reminds me so much of elementary school when I was learning to write. Awesome! How cool to have it in your child’s own room?! Wallies Chalkboarder Alphabet comes with two 6¼” x 38″ sheets (chalk included) that are easily attached to your child’s wall. The sheets are removable and re-positionable as well as being easily wiped off with a soft cloth (provided you only use chalk, of course). The ABCs are shown in both upper and lower case with lines to help a new writer stay in line. It’s a fun addition to any child’s room (Brooke has one on her top bunk that is perfect at eye level for her), home school area or even a classroom. It’s a great price for something as important as the lifelong lesson of writing and continued practice. Two thumbs up!

Momma's Bacon 
My 6 year old finds it difficult to write with the chalk provided. He has to press really hard and then it breaks. Any suggestions?

We didn’t encounter that issue with the chalk provided, but we have been using it for some time and are now just using regular white and colored chalk from the store. One thing to note, the chalk has to be very dry, so before you can start using and you have wiped down the board and wait until it is complete dry before trying.. I hope that helps! Keep me posted!
Thanks. The chalk seems to be dry. Do you have to wipe the board with a wet rag and let dry before using. I just stuck it to the wall and began using it.
Hi Yvette. We did. I don’t know if it was in the instructions or not, but we also wipe down after each use. Dry completely and chalk away. You may want to write to the company to see if yours is defective. Maybe they will replace it for you.
