Next Best Thing to Bare Feet
Brooke was just over a year when we got her ‘fitted’ for her first pair of walking shoes at Sandy’s Shoes here in Austin (see the attached picture). At the time she was really taking off and even had a new favorite word ‘shoe’, but we had no idea on what to get to help her feel stable in her new ability. The sales lady was FANTASTIC and explained how different feet fit better in certain shoes. It really isn’t all about the most expensive or most well known brand, it really is about the comfort and design that works for your foot. Well, we found it that day and haven’t looked back. We heart Pediped. In fact, those very same shoes are now bronzed and displayed in Brooke’s room and we plan to do the same with Brie’s first pair of walking shoes, the new PediPed Grip n Go Luna.
