If your child is like my preschooler and does not need any more encouragement to act silly, you may want to steer clear of this funny book! It will give your little stinker ideas. As you may have guessed from the title, the book’s wording is a sing-song flow set to the tune of ‘Deck the Halls’ but with a wacky twist. ‘Feed the dog our peas and carrots. Fa la la la la la la la la’. You get the drift. It almost makes me feel bad for my grandparents who had to put up with all those kids (my cousins) on Christmas. It rings true to life more than I would like to admit! Have a wacky holiday!
