You may have heard about the popular soft toy of the Manhattan Toy family fame, Baby Stella. It is one of those products that you just know about if you review toys. If not, you are in luck because I am going to tell you about the Manhattan Toy ‘Imagine I Can’ Series as a way to introduce you to this company. This company was created in 1982 by Francis Goldwyn (yes, the same family of the motion picture studio owner, Sam Goldwyn) and is well known for its soft toys. Although this company now operates in Minneapolis, it has the same unique style and imaginative toys as before. As a family that encourages dressing up and acting, I adore the fun ‘Imagine I Can’ series of toys that has the right amount of toy versus imagination.

The Super Agent Spy Gear kit has a tin lunchbox full of spy gear to help your sleuth solve mysteries. While mom and dad might see two empty wooden bottles that are marked, your ace will discover ‘finger print powder’ and ‘invisible ink’. The wooden dial code creator really works and I love the clue cards that you can solve with it. The blueprint map comes on a nice cloth and the spy scope is a wooden box with a mirror that will allow you to ‘peek’ around corners. Brooke was able to make her own ID card under her ‘alias’ (if I told you, I’d have to hurt you) and we had fun solving the case. Being a private eye is hard work, but it is also a lot of fun and I bet your kids are up to the challenge!
