While this is soap for all ages, I wanted to focus on childhood anxiety.  I had terrible childhood insomnia and attribute a lot of that to worry.  I don’t want my daughters to fall into that same trap and it took many years to get over stress through yoga and meditation.  Even then, though, life likes to throw you curveballs and we all have to deal with remaining calm and centered in difficult situations.  I find it is especially important to focus on giving children the tools to ease panic, fear and anxiety.  Children often do not verbalize these issues and we like creating safe environments to talk about feelings.  I also love aromatherapy and products like books that help give me direction in how to deal with my older daughter when she is upset.  She recently wanted to understand death (it has been one of those years) and talking about it opened her up and made her focus and calm which was visible and nice to see.  We all will get anxious and stress out in life, but the easier it is to overcome these issues, the faster we can move from it into a healing state.  I found these really great soaps by Sappy Happy that support mental well-being and just fell in love.
