I have been itching, absolutely itching, to get to the beach. I am a water baby by nature, whether it is my July birthday or the fact I grew up along water, I love to be in it or close to it. This summer has been the ‘summer of pregnancy h-e-double hockey sticks’ and I have basically been a beached whale for two months. My maternity swim suit I so lovingly got out in my first trimester now lays untouched in the back of my closet as it almost pains me to see it. However, there is a silver lining on my beach-free cloud, and that is I have been able to track down the most incredible deals to prepare myself for next summer. Yes, I am determined to take many trips to South Padre and Galveston next year and maybe even travel out of Texas to another coastal area. I am used to buying in advance to save on money and this has been one great adventure for me. My favorite find so far? A super cute cover-up for me that is just twenty dollars! WOW. Moms can still be sexy while being somewhat modest and that is what I’d like to pull off. Canyon Beach is a Santa Monica company that began in 1979 and still leads in prominent beach wear designs on an annual basis. If you are interested in getting a good deal, now is the perfect time. I am so ready for the beach even if it isn’t until next summer and I love the fact that I have the cutest goodies for that season. This is SOOOO happening, my readers!
