I remember having a friend when I was little who was better off than my family and I would always look at how they lived as almost like emulation. When they would clean their house, they would use products I had never seen, like the unnatural smelling white powder stuff you put on your carpets. For some reason, I thought that was so cool. It wasn’t until I was renting a place while in college and started to try and buy those things that I realized it was pretty toxic stuff just to make the place smell…..weird. Things like dyes, synthetic fragrances, sulfates, etc, etc…it’s not something I really want to have in products I wipe down my counters. When I became pregnant, I was much more aware of trying to keep toxins out of my life and especially now my daughter’s life. You can’t protect someone from an already tainted atmosphere, but you can reduce the amount of chemicals your children ingests through simple things like non-toxic cleaning products.
Simply Floored! is a green floor cleaner for your family. This product smells great and gets the dirt off of our laminate floors in our house. My favorite thing is that there is NO rinsing. Yes, you read right. No rinsing (you squirt it directly from the bottle) or residue. Say it ain’t so! OK, so you still have to wash out the mop, but I wasn’t expecting a miracle. Oh, the product can be used with any type of dry mop, even microfiber and terry cloth. Simply Floored is great to use on hardwood, ceramic tile, stone, bamboo, vinyl, laminate and other sealed floors (I can only attest its effectiveness on our laminate floors…excellent). It has a natural refreshing citrus mint scent (didn’t see that one coming) and it is free of all VOCs, alkyphenol surfactants, and petroleum. Oh, and it has never tested on animals! Great product!
