OK, this one is a cool simple ‘magic’ science project you can demonstrate to kids of all ages perfect for the holidays! It is especially fun for us Texans in my area who don’t get to see a lot of snowflakes. Plus, it only has three easy steps and takes just 6 hours to ‘grow’ your own snowflake. Excited yet?
The DIY Magic Growing Snowflake is a 12-piece display that is easily assembled, placed on the stand and then you simply add the ‘magic liquid’ at the base. You will see your snowflake (ok, so it’s a crystal snowflake, but still..) grow in just six hours! It is nice because everything you need comes in the package and it is also non-toxic. The completed snowflake measures approximately 4-1/2-inch tall and will offer hours of enjoyment for your little ones.
