Creativity in children is so important and gets children talking, listening, laughing and learning. Kids have great imaginations, don’t they? My daughter has her stuffed animal friends that all have great big personalities although she created them all. I love hearing her sing made up songs and I especially love to watch her draw pictures and tell or read stories to me. If you want to watch your child create a story right in front of your eyes based on a few words and prompts, than this is the perfect game for you.
The Storymatic Kids is a simple card game with the idea to create stories. Think of it as an improv class in a box. No matter how you tell your story (want to act it out by singing or theatrical dance, sure, why not?) you can build it any way you like with content appropriate for age five and above. Storymatic suggests it’s a perfect road trip game, birthday party fun, game nights, improv, classroom activities, camping trips, sunny days and rainy nights. The game comes with 360 ‘prompt’ cards with 20 left blank for you and your family to complete. The game even comes with an adorable little booklet with different games and suggestions. Oh, this is also fun for bedtime story telling! Great fun!

MommasBacon, the kids love telling stories and I love telling the kids stories at night. This would be so much fun. I also think this would be great on long family road trips. The blank cards sound like fun.
