Product Review:  All About Poop {Paperback}(Age 3+)

Have you ever wondered all about poop?  Why our bodies make such stinky goop?

All About Poop starts where the book Everyone Poops ends (see my review of Everyone Poops for more information).  This book takes a more scientific approach to why and how we poop for the older crowd (which for my reviews, ‘older’ are usually age 3 + – ha!).  The book is humorous (as if it could be anything but funny….ok, is it just me?) with lots of rhymes and great illustrations.  However, underneath all of that is the real science: the digestive system, the septic tanks and sewage plants and even the proper bathroom etiquette.  Bonus (for me!) is that this book was written by an amazing mom blogger (yeah!) Kate Hayes.  She knows a thing or two about educational and funny ways to teach children.  Do not forget to check out the ending with the bonus section of, “Five Things to Remember about Poop”.  I was dying laughing while reading it to my daughter who must have thought I had gone quite mad.  After all, poop is serious business to a preschooler!
