Product Review: A-B-See My Feet Addatoos (Preschooler+) *Fun Stocking Stuffer*
Style Your Shoes!
Yes, my friends, that was me with the paisley purple un-brand Converse shoes with Wonder Woman shoelaces with writing all over the soles as a freshman in high school sitting on the floor or under a tree. I imagine it was a step up from my mom’s old Earth shoes I wore every day in middle school. I always liked unique things and that translated to what I wore. While I always wore what I wanted up until that point (my mom was very cool about letting me be ‘myself’ even with my tri-color hair in middle school), high school was really when I started embracing being different and actually liked that about myself. So what did I have written on my shoes? My left shoe said, ‘Soul in my Hole’ and my right shoe said, ‘Funk in my Trunk’. Then I had some symbols that meant my name because, darn it, if Prince could use a symbol for his name, than so could I! It was a sad day when my shoes were stolen from my backpack in gym class the following year, so if you ever see someone wearing shoes of that description, just give me a call! Ha!
A-B-See My Feet Addatoos are right up my alley and I just happen to think they are perfect for preschoolers who are learning the difference between their left and right feet. Plus, any preschooler that has these retro magnet letter tattoos on their shoes is cool in my book! Addatoos are easily added to shoes with water and easily wiped off with the included ‘remove-your-too’ wipes. Ha! This particular set comes with eight different Addatoos (that are made with FDA approved materials) that include the words: Left, Right, Stop, Go, Up, Down, Fast and Slow. These are really fun, so cute and my daughter likes to point out her left and right feet so I thought it was a perfect gift for her. Oh, and it was really easy to put on the shoes by following the instructions. It’s almost like putting temporary tattoos on your shoes instead of your skin. Simple!
