Product Review: Goodnight Moon Cloth Book (Age 0-4)
Soft. Safe. Non-Toxic.
There aren’t many parents I know that aren’t fans of the nighttime children’s storybook Good Night Moon by Margaret Wise Brown and Clement Hurd. First published in 1947 (yes, that is 47), this book has become a children’s classic and a favorite in our house. For those of you who have been living under a rock, the book revolves around a little bunny sweetly saying goodnight to everything in his room. It is one of the bedtime books I have memorized and one of the few times I ever get to say the word mush on an almost daily basis. The problem was that our first copy was a board book. A board book? What’s the problem? Well, the problem was Brooke was even too young for a board book at the time and chewed off an entire page. It happened so fast I think she might be half-beaver (ok, just a teething child, but still…). If you really want a soft and safe book for kids that can also be surface washed and is perfect for ALL AGES (I imagine even a 1 day old! Ha!), then Good Night Moon the Cloth book is perfect for you. This perfect nighttime story really is a hit for all ages. Though just so you know, this is an abridged copy for the younger crowd!
