Let me break down this book a little for you so you can understand the awesomeness. This is an easy-to-read book about dinosaurs that talks about the importance of having good manners. Yes, that kind of book does exist! An example sentence in the book is, “Dinosaurs don’t just take, take, take; dinosaurs do share.” How cute is that?
Dinosaurs Don’t, Dinosaurs Do is a really fun introductory book for the I Like to Read Series with simple text for early and new readers. The dinosaurs teach about being considerate to other people and about the appropriate way to express their feelings. Dinosaurs don’t bite or hit and they only shout and run when they are outdoors. Dinosaurs know how to think about others and are good at making friends with their extraordinary manners. Ha! So adorable. This is a wonderful book for young children or new independent readers and the message about dinosaurs and good behavior is fantastic!
