A Regular Routine Can Work Wonders!
The McGrath family may as well be Austinites, they live so close to my area in a little (but growing!) town of Hutto, TX. Mom of two, Traci, saw firsthand the importance of establishing routines (she calls them ‘daily rhythms’, which I love) and sought to put together some charts for her young sons to keep them in a nice routine. It worked so well at reducing stress and keeping predictability in their routine, she started to make more charts by request. It snowballed into a full-fledged e-commerce site for other parents, like me, who love these rhythm charts for our little ones!

There is a Morning Chart for those that need a better schedule in those wee hours of the day. I really love the Tree Chart where you can do an entire day’s schedule from making the bed, brushing teeth until the nighttime eating dinner and cleaning the dishes. The activities are separated by different cards that have magnets on the back and can easily stick on and peel off the chart. You can buy pre-printed cards or customize your own for a small fee. Her pre-printed cards are great and have activities from having breakfast, taking a walk and running errands to reading stories and a bedtime routine. Traci even has a fun train weekly schedule if you want to plan in advance. This is such a cute way to help your little one get into rhythm and, as a side bonus, keep us parents organized, too!
