OUCH STUFF is a calendula balm that has 25 percent certified organic calendula oil extract. For those with babies, toddlers or preschoolers on the move, you are no stranger to the constant cuts, scrapes, burns, bruises and bites that occur on an almost daily basis. Brooke seems to think she is invincible at her age and ‘likes’ to give her daddy and I daily heart-attack inducing episodes (No, you can’t run in the kitchen with socks!). This product is somewhat of a life saver as well as having a nice, cool minty odor that takes the stinging away in an instant. I love the BRIGHT red container that seems almost impossible to lose and I recommend parents keep it handy in the medicine or kitchen cabinet. I was also told it is great for sunburns, eczema, acne and even rosacea, although I haven’t had a chance to try that out for myself or my family. Both my daughter and I (yes, I am a total klutz) have used it for bruises and I have found it has cut the healing time down significantly. An interesting tidbit is that this product was created by an Emmy Award winning actress (remember the TV show ‘Thirty Something’) and her chemist dad. How cool is that?
