Product Review: Crazy Forts (Age 4+)
Crazy Forts Construction Toy. Just Add Bed Sheets!
I told my husband that Crazy Forts was like a giant-size Tinker Toys set! My grandparents had a set of Tinker Toys and we would play with those for hours building all sorts of structures. If you know the toy I am talking about, this will help in understanding my explanation of the product. The Crazy Forts set comes with 25 Balls with holes and 44 connecting sticks. Basically, you can create lots of fun structures with the connectors and connector sticks: forts, tunnels, houses….etc, etc….and use bed sheets to cover your structures. Let your kid’s imagination go wild! You can actually make some really large structures with this set. Bob created a nice sized tunnel down our front room area all the way to our kitchen while Brooke ‘helped’ and it was spectacular. I can definitely see older kids making all sorts of fun creations in their rooms and with friends. You could probably even use tarps to make some nifty outdoor creations, too. I love toys that spark the imagination and creating your own play areas are always so much fun. I know we are enjoying the time together as a family and we love to watch our daughter’s eyes light up when we create a new fort or tunnel. You may not need crazy fort structures to create your own, but it sure is a lot more structurally sound and durable. Highly recommended!
Check it out! Pair with the Crazy Forts Fort Lights (LED light that lights up for 20 minutes) for more fort fun!
