Product Review: Space Shuttle Playhouse (Age 3+)
As Everyone Knows – KIDS LOVE TO PLAY IN THE BOX!!
The Space Shuttle Playhouse is my kind of Do It Yourself project and fun that our family likes to have with Brooke that is also eco-friendly! As you know if you read my blog, we are a little ‘space crazy’ in our household. Making our own family space shuttle out of recycled boxes sounded like a great idea in theory, but a little hard to accomplish if you are not an expert builder with an astounding imagination! Luckily, Box Creations takes all the box design work out of the equation. With an awesome design and easy to assemble instructions your little ones can start designing their very own shuttle in a matter of minutes!
The Space Shuttle Playhouse by Box Creations is a unique and sustainable way to bring the good old-fashioned fun of box play into the 21st century. An alternative to plastic or wood sets, recycled box materials are done at a fraction of the cost and provide just as many hours of fun to kids with a creative bent. This space shuttle is designed as a ‘galactic cruiser’ and will accommodate up to two children (71″Lx55″Wx45″H) inside. There is a flip-up door in the back of shuttle for entry as well as a shuttle ‘windshield’ that the child can flip up for play. The set is made entirely in the USA with recycled materials and includes four colored non-toxic washable markers for artful box design. It is super easy to set up (smaller kids will need help, but it is a fun family project), fun for kids to color and design on the sides and really does look like a little space shuttle. Awesome.
