Anyone with sensitive and dry skin, like me, will tell you that it hurts. Your skin feels itchy and dehydrated and unless you have good soothing skin care products you will just feel miserable in the cold winters and hot summers. I felt so bad when I realized my daughter had my dry and sensitive skin (sorry, again, Brooke!) and we are always on the lookout for the best all-natural products to help heal her skin. I was very excited to try Raw Skin’s baby product line called Baby.Ceuticals, and especially wanted to try their Healing Shea Salve.
The Healing Shea Salve is for those infants and toddlers with extremely sensitive skin and is recommended for things like minor cuts, burns, diaper rasher, dry skin rashes or consistent dry skin. The all-natural product is made from raw unrefined oils, herbs and butters has the complete list of ingredients listed on the website, with the main ingredients being shea, kokum, mango and illipe. The recommended usage is 1 to 3 times a day although you can reapply as necessary. It immediately soothes skin, reduces redness, inflammation and kills bacteria and toxins. The product smells fantastic, it heals and soothes as stated and I feel good about using a chemical-free salve on my daughter’s skin. Perfect product for us!
